- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Employee Who was serving was rude. I ordered Vege Pattie and She did not change Glove, Did not Toast my Sub(Only warmed the patty in microwave even though i asked to toast the sub). Did not clean or use the clean knife for Vege Sub. I could literally see tuna and other meat on Knife(She didnt even bother put it in water and wipe it with tissue). Once i finished subway, I went to refill Drink, and Staff shouted from counter that you are not allowed to refill Drinks. It was very Rude and Harsh. I thought Every Subway allows to refill Cold Drink. Staff really need to be trained as the subway is located in City and it ruins the reputation of the Franchise.By milan patel, September 17, 2016
